What's changed

- Site-wide bug report tool — floating button on every page, screenshots via paste/drag/browse (up to 5), description + error/code paste, sends straight to the team with basic spam filtering.
- Terms of Service + Privacy Policy — real pages, required for the Riot API production key application. Cookies disclosed honestly (just a session cookie and a theme preference, nothing tracking you).
- Muster (muster.lafter.gg) — a real form/survey builder. Short text, long text, checkboxes, multi/single-select, and a custom weekly availability grid with per-person timezone handling, built specifically for scheduling tournament times across a group.
- Org spaces — the first building block for company-specific tournament pages (e.g. amazon.lafter.gg), with employment verification via a magic link to your work email.
- Site-wide light/dark theme fixes, a real gold-on-dark scrollbar everywhere, and a handful of quieter bugs (broken nav links, font-loading issues) caught and fixed along the way.
- Real Open Graph and Twitter Card link previews on every page — sharing a Lafter link now actually shows a proper banner instead of a bare title.
- Icons reorganized into a proper asset folder, with a root favicon fallback kept for anything that still looks for the old path.
- The Lafter Connector — a lightweight desktop app that reads your own League client while it's running and streams live data (champion select, game phase) to your web dashboard, so you can see it there without alt-tabbing.
- Built and shipped several real Connector versions (0.1.4 through 0.2.0+) as the streaming reliability got worked out — a relay server in between the Connector and the dashboard to keep the connection stable.
- The live champion-select page got a real redesign — flanking suggestion banners, a 5-column draft layout, visible bans, per-player pick suggestions with cached lookups, and rank display pulled in from linked accounts.
- Multi-account linking, champion preference settings, and a mastery indicator so your most-played champions are easy to spot at a glance.
- Full account system — sign-up, sign-in, GangDev SSO — replacing the earlier placeholder.
- Admin debugging tools and a user-view toggle, so testing what a regular player sees doesn't require actually logging out of the admin account.
- Lafter started — a League of Legends drafting and stats companion, aimed initially at Clash team prep.
- First landing page, and the early groundwork for the Riot Developer API application.
